The Galaxy S25 Plus stands as the in-between model, offering an enlarged Galaxy S25 without turning into an Ultra. This year, its standout feature is the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip—an overclocked "for Galaxy" version delivering over 30% performance gains, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.

Beyond the chipset, the S25+ remains nearly identical to the S24+. It retains a glass design with an aluminum frame, an IP68 rating, and a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 1440p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The camera setup is unchanged: a 50MP main, 10MP 3x telephoto, and 12MP ultrawide on the back, with a 12MP selfie camera.
Battery capacity stays at 4,900 mAh, with 45W wired, 15W wireless, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. The main upgrade here is Qi2.1 wireless compatibility. Software improvements come via One UI 7 and Android 15, though these will also reach the S24 series.
With its top-tier chipset, premium display, and solid cameras, the S25+ offers a balanced flagship experience. It’s more compact than the Ultra yet more feature-rich than the base model. However, enhanced durability and a better ultrawide camera remain absent, likely postponed for another year.
